Windows has a built-in antivirus, but it is common for people to use third-party security software too.
Use Microsoft Defender
We recommend using the built-in Microsoft Defender for Windows. This is what we use ourselves, making it less likely to falsely detect a virus in your Shine Forms files.
Sometimes, third-party software can incorrectly detect Shine Forms or our data files as a threat and delete or block them from running.
To fix that, exclude the following folder from your antivirus software:
%AppData%\Roaming\Pirform\Pirform\Also exclude the following process:
pirform.exe
