Getting started with Shine Forms

Welcome to Shine Forms Online!

Upload certificates to your Shine Forms account from Shine Forms Desktop or the Shine Tablet apps. Your account generates and stores the PDFs, and Shine Forms Desktop can download uploaded certificates for review, merging and issue to the customer.

Details for the PDF

So that your company details, issuer details and logos appear on the PDFs, you’ll need to set these up against the login to which your licences are registered.

• Set up company details

• Set up issuers and signatures

  Once those are completed, the details will be added to the PDFs. Tip: if you change any of these, click refresh next to the form to regenerate the PDFs.
