Built for certifying new work
An Electrical Installation Certificate signs off design, construction and inspection and testing, often across several signatures and sometimes several visits before the job is finished. Shine Forms keeps the boards, circuits, test results and paperwork together as the job progresses.

- Pre-release EICs with observations, so you can issue a certificate ahead of full completion with outstanding items recorded on it, rather than holding the whole job up.

- Create a Minor Works Certificate from the same circuits if you're asked back for smaller alteration work later, without re-entering what's already on file.

Test results checked against BS 7671 as you enter them
Some EIC software just accepts what you type and prints it. Shine Forms checks it. If a Zs reading exceeds the maximum for that circuit, it flags it. If a cable size doesn't match the load and installation method, it tells you — before the certificate is issued, not after a periodic inspection finds it.
The checks come from BS 7671 itself, verified by someone who helps write it, and they update as the regulations do — including the move to Amendment 4. Switch a job to Amendment 4 and the checks switch with it, so every engineer on your team, whether they've been with you twenty years or twenty days, applies the same values the same way.
