Shine Desktop 2026.5.1861: Job Numbers & Emergency Lighting Corrections
•Shine Forms Team
This maintenance update for the 2026.5 series adds optional job numbers to certificates and corrects a number of references and typos in the new BS 5266‑1
emergency lighting forms.Optional Job Numbers
You can now record an optional job number against a certificate. The field is entirely optional, so if you don’t use job numbers nothing changes for you — but if you do, you now have a dedicated place to store the reference and search on it.
