Delete your account

This page applies to Shine Forms accounts provided by Atlantic Business Solutions Ltd — the account you use to sign in to the Shine Forms app on your tablet or phone and to account.shineforms.co.uk.

How to request deletion

1. Email a deletion request to our service desk at support@shineforms.co.uk. The request must be sent from the registered administrator email address for your account — we cannot accept deletion requests from other addresses.
2. Our service desk will contact the account holder to confirm the deletion request before any deletion takes place.
3. Once confirmed, we will complete the deletion within 30 days of your request and send you confirmation when it is done.

What is deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we delete:

• Your account profile, including your name and contact details
• Your sign-in identity, so you can no longer sign in
• Your software licences and registered devices
• Certificates, forms and photos you have uploaded from the Shine Forms app
• App usage and diagnostic data linked to your account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data stored only on your own devices is not affected — uninstalling the app removes it.

What we keep, and why

Some records are kept after account deletion because the law requires it:

• Order and invoice records, which UK accounting and tax law requires us to retain for up to six years
• Records we need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to comply with other legal obligations

These records are kept only for as long as the law requires and are then deleted. For full details of how we handle personal information, see our privacy policy.
