This release makes the circuit "copy down" commands in **Circuits and Test Results** clearer and easier to trust on the EIC and EICR 2024 and 2026 forms.

# Clearer Circuit Fill Commands

When you copy a value down a column in **Circuits and Test Results**, it is now much clearer what each command does. The commands have been renamed consistently in both the **Circuits** ribbon group and the cell right-click menu:

- **Fill Down To Next Value** (F5) — copies the cell downward into empty cells, stopping at the first cell that already has a value. (Previously "Copy To Blanks".)
- **Fill All Blanks** (Shift+F5) — fills every empty cell in the column. (Previously "Copy To All Blanks".)
- **Fill Entire Column** (Ctrl+F5) — overwrites every cell in the column. (Previously "Copy To All".)

Each command now has a tooltip explaining where the fill starts, where it stops, and that spare circuits are skipped.

# Spare Circuits Are Easier To Spot

Spare circuits are skipped by all three fill commands, so they are never overwritten. To make this obvious, spare rows are now shaded and dimmed in the grid, with the circuit number shown struck through. The column-header **Select All** and **Select Blanks** commands now skip spares too, so selecting cells and pasting behaves the same way as the fill commands.

# Feedback After Every Fill

After each fill, a message in the status bar confirms what happened — for example, _"Filled 7 cells in 'Rating' — 2 spare circuits skipped."_ — so a fill that skipped spares is no longer mistaken for nothing happening.

# Other Changes and Fixes

- New: added an optional job number to certificates.
- Change: the fill commands now grey out when they cannot be used, instead of doing nothing.
- Fix: corrected several references and typos in the 2025 emergency lighting forms.
