You can access all observations and recommendations by clicking **Observations and Recommendations** in the [app menu](https://www.shineforms.co.uk/docs/navigating#using-the-main-menu):

You will see [two tabs](https://www.shineforms.co.uk/docs/navigating#using-tabs) showing the summary of the condition and the list of observations for the certificate.

The list of observations shows all observations in the certificate:

# Observation Actions

- Add a new observation by tapping **ADD OBSERVATION**
- Copy the observation by tapping **COPY OBSERVATION**
- Remove the observation by tapping **DELETE OBSERVATION**
